Graymore Chardonnay is a California white wine from the Edna Valley appellation in San Luis Obispo County, offered in a 750mL bottle at 14% alcohol by volume. The Graymore name evokes the region's defining influences: the pale gray ocean fog and dark gray clay soils that give this wine its distinctive character.

Sourced from certified sustainable vineyards including Moretti Canyon Vineyard and Edna Ranch Vineyard, the grapes benefit from the longest growing season of any California wine region. The cool, marine-influenced climate and clay-rich soils create ideal conditions for Chardonnay. The wine is fermented and aged in neutral French and Austrian oak barrels, which add pleasing roundness and texture without overwhelming the fruit.

The 2021 vintage opens with aromas of pear, green apple, lime blossom, and lemon meringue, layered with notes of hibiscus and pineapple guava. On the palate it is medium-bodied with bright acidity and flavors of lemongrass, lime zest, and juicy peach. Bright and balanced, it pairs effortlessly with seafood, poultry, pasta, and light cheeses, and is equally enjoyable on its own. The 2021 vintage earned 91 points from James Suckling and 92 points for the 2022 vintage.
