Paolo Scavino Barolo DOCG is a classic Italian red wine from the Piedmont region, crafted by the historic Scavino family estate founded in 1921. Now in the hands of the fourth and fifth generations, Enrico Scavino and his daughters Enrica and Elisa produce this wine from a blend of Nebbiolo grapes sourced from nine top vineyard sites across the villages of Castiglione Falletto, Barolo, Serralunga, and Monforte.

This Barolo represents the house tradition of blending different crus to create a harmonious, complex wine. It features aromas of fresh roses, violets, dried cherries, truffle, and cedar, with a medium to full body, refined tannins, snappy acidity, and mouthwatering salinity. The wine has received critical acclaim across vintages, scoring 91-94 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, James Suckling, Decanter, and Jeb Dunnuck. Best enjoyed after several years of cellaring to allow the tannins to fully integrate.
