The Kuat NV Base 2.0 is a 2-bike hitch-mounted bike rack designed for cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and RVs. Available in both 1.25-inch and 2-inch hitch receiver sizes, it features a premium matte black powder coat finish and is compatible with a wide variety of bikes and vehicles.

Each tray supports up to 60 lbs., making it fully e-bike compatible. An adjustable front tire cradle system with three positions minimizes handlebar and seat post interference between bikes. A patented foot pedal pivot lever lets you fold the rack up or down hands-free, and it also tilts an extra 45 degrees for clearance when opening a rear hatch or trunk. The hand-tight hitch cam system eliminates wobble without tools. Fully integrated cable locks (one per tray) retract magnetically when not in use, and a matching hitch lock secures the rack to the vehicle.

The rack accommodates bikes with wheelbases up to 50 inches and tire widths up to 5 inches (with included Strap Extender Kit). The 2-inch hitch model is expandable to 3 or 4 bikes via separately sold Add-Ons. The NV Base 2.0 is identical in capacity to the NV 2.0, differing only in its matte black finish and the exclusion of the Trail Doc bike stand, which can be added as an accessory at any time.
