Ten to One Oloroso Cask Select is a limited-edition Caribbean dark rum finished for 8 months in oloroso sherry casks. Built on Ten to One's award-winning dark rum base, it is a masterful blend of rums sourced from four Caribbean nations: 8-year-old column still rums from Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and the Dominican Republic, along with a Jamaican pot still selection. The base dark rum was named "Best Rum" at the LA Spirits Awards.

The oloroso sherry cask finish adds layers of complexity, with tasting notes of wildflower honey, nutmeg, tobacco, and coffee on the nose, while the palate reveals rich flavors of anise, almond, biscuit, figs, and marzipan, with lush tropical fruit and green banana. The finish introduces warm baking spice with a lingering sherry sweetness. Bottled at 43% ABV with no added sugar, coloring, or flavoring, this rum is 100% additive-free, vegan, and gluten-free. This is the first release from Ten to One's Cask Select series.
