Holmes Smokehouse All Natural Jalapeño Cheddar Small Batch Smoked Sausage is a handcrafted Texas-style sausage made with premium pork and real cheddar cheese, infused with jalapeño peppers for a spicy kick. Founded by Luvine Holmes in Rosenberg, Texas in early 1970, Holmes Smokehouse has perfected the art of old-fashioned artisan pecan smoked meats. Each sausage is small batch crafted using traditional smoking methods. The 2-pound package contains approximately 8 servings.

Grill over medium heat, placing sausage directly over heat and flipping frequently for 6-8 minutes to prevent burning. For stovetop, place 1 inch of water in a skillet and heat to simmer, then cook sausages on skillet and heat for 8 minutes each side. For microwave, place sausage in microwave-safe dish, add 1/2 cup water and cover, heat on high for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot.
