Domaines de Lorgeril Château de Ciffre is a red wine from the Faugères appellation in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. The estate is uniquely situated within the Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc and is the only property in the region with vineyards rooted across three appellations: Faugères, Saint-Chinian, and Languedoc.

Château de Ciffre has been certified in organic farming since 2019. The property spans approximately 35 hectares and has been managed by Miren and Nicolas de Lorgeril since 2007. The Faugères appellation is known for its schist soils, which impart a distinctive mineral character to the wines.

The Grand Vin bottling from this estate is described as spicy and toasty, with ample red fruit character on the palate. The wine is medium- to full-bodied with elegant structure, a hint of caramel, and is matured in oak barriques. It pairs well with roasted meats, lamb, game, and aged cheeses.
