Starward 100 Proof is a bold Australian single malt whisky crafted at Starward Distillery in Melbourne, Australia. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) and aged a minimum of 3 years, it is fully matured in American oak red wine barrels sourced predominantly from the Barossa Valley — barrels that previously held big Australian bold reds such as cabernet and shiraz. This wine barrel maturation gives the whisky a distinctively rich, full-bodied character rooted in Australian terroir.

On the nose, expect lush aromas of Madagascan vanilla pods, blackberry jam, toasted oak, ripe plums, dried fig, and raisins. The palate delivers layers of chocolate ganache, Muscadelle raisins, quince paste, cinnamon, and baked banana bread. The finish is long and viscous, coating the palate with baking spices and lingering notes of ripe figs and oak sweetness.
