The Macanudo Inspirado Brazilian Shade Toro is a limited edition premium cigar featuring a Connecticut shade wrapper grown in the Bahia region of Brazil — a rare and distinctive application of this tobacco variety. The blend is crafted from tobaccos sourced across multiple countries, resulting in a complex and nuanced smoke.

Each cigar measures 6.5 inches by 52 ring gauge (Toro Extra format) and is constructed with a Brazilian Connecticut shade wrapper, a Mexican San Andrés binder, and a four-tobacco filler blend comprising Brazilian mata fina, Dominican cubita from Mao, Dominican piloto cubano, and Nicaraguan tobacco from the Jalapa region. The smoke develops a flavor profile of fresh hay, cedar, leather, cocoa nibs, earth, and peanuts, with subtle anise and floral notes emerging in later thirds and a retrohale of white pepper and honey sweetness. Body is light-to-medium, building gradually toward the finish.
