Baron M Jardin d'Amour is a Provence rosé from the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation in southern France, produced under the Baron Maxime label. The wine is crafted primarily from Grenache with a touch of Syrah, reflecting the classic style of Provence's most celebrated rosé region.

The wine pours a delicate pale pink and opens with a fragrant bouquet of strawberries, citrus peel, and red currant. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing with flavors of red berries, melon, and grapefruit, finishing clean and dry. Its light body and bright acidity make it an ideal warm-weather wine.

This rosé pairs beautifully with seafood such as grilled shrimp, fresh oysters, and ceviche, as well as Mediterranean salads, light pasta dishes, and soft creamy cheeses. Sold in a standard 750ml bottle.
