The whiskey is distilled on Vendome copper stills and aged in used Starlight Distillery whiskey barrels, then blended and flavored with sun-ripened blackberries grown on the Huber family's 750+ acre farm, which has been in operation since 1843. Freshly pressed blackberry juice is frozen and concentrated on-site before being blended with the whiskey, creating a vibrant union of carefully crafted spirit and farm-fresh fruit.

On the nose, this whiskey offers hints of blackberry jam, caramel, and vanilla beans.
