Sabbatical Distillery Table Blend is a blended whiskey crafted on Victoria Island, a 7,000-acre farm in the California Delta just east of San Francisco. This unique blend layers clean-cut bourbon with distinctly rich cherrywood and peat smoked American single malt whiskey for added character and complexity.

Inspired by Japanese blends and informed by American character, the Table Blend is non-chill filtered with no artificial coloring or blending materials. It is uniquely smooth yet complex, suitable for a refreshing highball, whiskey sour, over ice, or however you prefer. The distillery operates out of a former asparagus processing facility on the island, using estate-grown grains for their next-generation blends.

This blended whiskey earned a Double Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a designation awarded only to entries that receive Gold medal ratings from all members of the judging panel. 750ml bottle, 6-pack case.
