Crafted using Buffalo Trace's Mash #2, the grain bill consists of corn (51%+), rye (12–15%), and malted barley, then aged approximately three years in new charred oak barrels. The result is a light-bodied bourbon with notes of caramel apples, honey, vanilla, and corn on the nose, with a palate of caramel corn, oak, and gentle spice. The finish is short and pleasant, delivering fruit, caramel, and vanilla.
