Michel Gayot Chablis is a crisp, elegant white wine produced by Michel Gayot of Beaune, Burgundy, from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the celebrated Chablis appellation of northern Burgundy, France. Presented in a standard 750ml bottle, it represents the classic unoaked style that has made Chablis one of the world's most distinctive white wine regions.

The wine delivers hallmark expressions of its terroir: fresh aromas of citrus, lemon, and green apple layered with seashell minerality and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is clean and crisp with medium body, bright natural acidity, and a lingering flinty, saline finish. The 2022 vintage was awarded a Bronze medal at the Sommelier Wine Awards, and has received professional reviews from James Suckling and other critics.
