Barkan Superieur Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Israeli red wine representing the pinnacle of achievement from Barkan Winery, one of Israel's largest wineries founded in 1990. Crafted from top-quality grapes sourced from four select plots in the Merom Galilee region, this Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 21 months in exclusive French oak casks, with only a select few barrels chosen for this bottling.

The wine presents a deep, dark garnet color with inviting aromas of black cherry and fresh oregano. On the palate, gentle tannins support a complex profile of cherry, cassis, mint, coffee, and herbs, finishing with herbal and citrus complexity. With 13.8% alcohol by volume, it has been awarded 89 points by Wine Enthusiast and earned Gold Medals from Vinalies and other competitions.

This wine is certified Kosher (Mevushal) and Kosher for Passover under the OK certification authority, supervised by Rabbi Berger.
