Cava de Oro Añejo is a premium 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila from El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico, crafted by Tequilera Puerta de Hierro (NOM 1477). Surpassing the one-year legal minimum for the Añejo classification, this spirit is matured for 2 to 2.5 years in a carefully selected blend of American and French Oak red wine barrels — a unique cask choice that imparts rich golden color and a depth of complexity that rivals premium whiskies and brandies.

On the nose, the tequila offers aromas of oak, agave, vanilla, caramel, light nutmeg, and dried fruit. The palate opens with a mild warmth that evolves into complex toasted oak, honey, maple syrup, and rounded hints of chocolate and ripe red fruit. The finish is soft and smooth, lingering pleasantly. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml format.
