WhistlePig Snout-to-Tail is a 10-year-aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished using a world-first barrel technique developed at WhistlePig's Vermont farm. The bourbon is aged a full decade before being finished in barrels featuring two distinctly toasted heads — the "snout" and the "tail" — both crafted from Vermont oak. The snout end receives a medium toast while the tail end is treated with a smoked maple wood toast, and barrels are rotated during finishing to draw out the full character of both ends.

Bottled at 88 proof, a nod to the 880 miles between WhistlePig's Vermont home and its Kentucky distillery, this bourbon delivers a rich and complex profile. The nose opens with honey, brown sugar, and toasted cashew. On the palate, roasted almonds and baked cornbread lead the way. The finish is long and warming with butterscotch, fresh wheat crust, and cedar.
