This white wine from Burgundy's northernmost region exhibits the classic minerality and finesse that Chablis is known for, sourced from ancient Kimmeridgian soils containing fossilized oyster shells.

Aromas of grapefruit, wet pebbles, and a touch of creamy nut butter lead to a round, supple palate with good structure typical of Premier Crus. The wine is creamy yet pure with bright citrus notes including lemon and lime, complemented by flavors of apple, peach, and minerals. The finish is lingering with good acidity.

This wine pairs beautifully with shellfish, rich fish like salmon or tuna, pork, and mild soft cheeses.
