Maraska Slivovitz is a traditional Croatian plum brandy (rakija) produced by the Maraska Distillery, established in 1821 in Zadar, Croatia. It is crafted through the fermentation and double distillation of select ripe blue plums grown in the fertile soils of the Adriatic Hinterland, one of the world's premier plum-growing regions. Slivovitz has been produced in the Balkans since the Middle Ages, making it one of the oldest and most celebrated fruit brandies in European tradition.

The spirit is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) and delivers a smooth, full-bodied character with rich aromas of ripe plum and subtle earthy undertones. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks as a digestif, it also works well in cocktails calling for a fruit-forward brandy. Maraska Slivovitz is kosher certified and widely regarded as one of the benchmark expressions of Croatian plum brandy available internationally.
