Found North Season 4 Single Barrel #5679 Canada 750ml

Found North Season 4 Single Barrel is a cask strength, single barrel Canadian whisky produced by Found North Whisky. This release is part of Found North's Season 4 single barrel program, a collaboration with Kelvin Cooperage to explore the effects of toasting new American oak barrels using different wood types, char levels, and toast profiles — creating a range of distinct, one-of-a-kind expressions.

Season 4 is built on a blend of aged Canadian grain whiskies, predominantly corn-based, with a wheat component. The mash bill is approximately 71% corn (aged between 15 and 21 years) and 29% wheat (aged 8 years). Each individual cask in the Season 4 program received a unique finishing treatment in a new American oak barrel toasted and charred to custom specifications. Cask #5679 is one of the numbered single barrels released under this program.

Found North whiskies are distilled and aged in Canada, bottled at cask strength without chill filtration, and contain no coloring or additives. The brand has won multiple awards including Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This 750ml bottling is sold in cases of 6.
