Cabrito Reposado is a 100% Blue Agave tequila produced by Tequila Centinela S.A. de C.V. (NOM 1140) in the Los Altos Southern Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and bottled at 40% ABV (80-proof). The Blue Weber agave is slow-cooked in stone and brick ovens before roller mill extraction, then double-distilled in stainless pot stills fitted with copper coils and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

After distillation, the spirit is rested in oak barrels, earning its reposado classification and developing a well-rounded character that bridges agave brightness and barrel-derived complexity. On the nose, Cabrito Reposado delivers aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and oak with hints of black pepper and butterscotch. On the palate, rich barrel sweetness and cooked agave notes intertwine with honey and butterscotch, followed by a peppery highland spice finish.
