Il Marroneto's Madonna delle Grazie (MBDM) is the estate's flagship single-vineyard Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, produced from 100% Sangiovese Grosso (locally known as Brunello) grown on the north-facing slopes of Montalcino in Tuscany, Italy. The estate was founded in 1975 and farms its vineyards at approximately 350 meters above sea level using a traditional, minimalist philosophy with natural grassing to control vine vigor.

The Madonna delle Grazie bottling is among the most acclaimed Brunello di Montalcino wines produced, regularly earning scores in the 96–100 point range from major critics. The Wine Advocate has described it with notes of cherries, red licorice, blue flowers, and currants, with a graceful and radiant character on the palate. The wine is aged in large Slavonian oak casks and bottled without excessive manipulation, expressing the purity of the Montalcino terroir.

As a Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, this wine is subject to strict production regulations requiring a minimum of five years aging (including two years in oak and four months in bottle) before release. It pairs exceptionally well with braised meats, aged cheeses, wild boar, and hearty Tuscan cuisine.
