Tête de Moine AOP is a traditional Swiss semi-soft cheese with over 800 years of history, first produced by monks at Bellelay monastery in the Bernese Jura region in 1192. This Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheese is made from unpasteurized farm-fresh raw cow's milk using traditional methods. The cheese has a distinctive serving method where it is scraped into delicate rosettes rather than sliced, allowing its full flavor profile to develop.

The Fleurolle Box serves as both functional packaging and a practical device, featuring an integrated cheese scraper that creates the signature thin rosettes. This presentation method, similar to a monk's tonsure, is how the cheese earned its name "Tête de Moine" meaning "monk's head." The cheese is a half-cooked pressed cheese with 35% fat content in the finished product, offering a rich and complex flavor that intensifies when scraped into rosettes.

Made from 100% recyclable materials, each box contains approximately 400g (14.1 oz) of cheese. The device is washable and reusable, making it convenient for both presentation and storage.
