Marqués de la Concordia MM Selección Especial Brut is a premium Spanish sparkling wine from the Cava DO region in Catalonia. This Cava is crafted following the traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle and aging in cellars, made from selected grapes picked by hand during years of exceptional quality.

The wine is a blend of 40% Macabeo, 30% Xarel-Lo, and 30% Parellada grapes, with 11.5% alcohol by volume. It presents a pale yellow and slightly straw-colored appearance with fine bubbles. On the nose, it offers balanced aromas of yellow currant, guava, and slivered almonds, with fine notes from bottle aging. The palate features flavors of Anjou pear, peach, vanilla, honeysuckle, and brioche, characterized by lively effervescence, refreshing acidity, and long-lasting flavors with a lingering note of orange blossom.

MM has been producing quality wines since 1882 from their estate in San Sadurní d'Anoia, in the heart of Penedès, 40 km southwest of Barcelona. Their wines consistently win international awards for excellent quality. This Cava is vegan-friendly, low in sugar, and serves as an ideal companion for red meats, cheeses, and sausages.
