AppleCare+ for iPad Air 11-inch (M3) extends your coverage to two years from your AppleCare+ purchase date, providing Apple-certified service and support in one place. The plan adds unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone, battery service coverage, and global repair coverage.

Hardware coverage includes your iPad Air, battery, Apple Pencil, Apple-branded iPad keyboard, included USB cable and power adapter. Repair options include mail-in service using a prepaid Apple shipping box, carry-in service at any Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, and Express Replacement Service so you don't have to wait for a repair. Each accidental damage incident is subject to a service fee of $29 for screen repair, Apple Pencil, or Apple-branded iPad keyboard damage, and $99 for all other accidental damage, plus applicable tax.

Software support covers using iCloud, connecting to wireless networks, and questions about FaceTime, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, and other Apple-branded iPad apps. The plan must be purchased with a qualifying iPad Air at time of checkout. Limit 1 iPad Air per order with AppleCare+.
