AppleCare+ for iPad Air 13-inch (M3) is a 2-year protection plan that extends your iPad Air's coverage with Apple-certified service and support, beginning from the AppleCare+ purchase date. The plan adds unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection and 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone.

Coverage includes the iPad Air, its battery, and included accessories such as the power adapter. Accidental damage incidents are subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax. Battery service is covered when the battery retains less than 80 percent of its original capacity.

Repair options include mail-in service using a prepaid shipping box provided by Apple, or carry-in service at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Global repair coverage is available, subject to certain restrictions. Limit of 1 iPad Air per order with AppleCare+; a separate order is required for additional units.
