Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine is a historic Burgundy estate founded in the 18th century, based in the village of Pernand-Vergelesses in the Côte de Beaune subregion of the Côte d'Or. The domaine has been led by Christine Dubreuil since 1985, who has modernized winemaking while honoring the estate's terroir-driven philosophy.
This Bourgogne-appellation Pinot Noir represents an approachable entry point into Dubreuil-Fontaine's portfolio. The estate crafts wines with a natural, varietal style using temperature-controlled fermentation and restrained oak aging, allowing the character of Burgundy's Pinot Noir to shine through with elegance and precision. The wine displays the hallmark red fruit and earthy complexity characteristic of Côte de Beaune Burgundy.
Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine produces wines across 22 appellations, including prestigious sites in Pernand-Vergelesses, Corton, and Pommard. The estate uses less new oak (30% for grand crus) and shorter aging periods to preserve freshness and fruit expression. Serve slightly chilled at 14–16°C alongside roasted poultry, duck, salmon, or mushroom-based dishes.
