It is fermented entirely in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation, preserving its bright, fresh character.

The wine presents vibrant aromas of grapefruit, melon, pear, lemon, honeysuckle, and white flowers. On the palate, it delivers juicy green apple, pear, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors with lively acidity and a nice mineral streak.
