The Blackstone 36" Omnivore Griddle with Hinged Hood and Soft Cover is a professional-grade outdoor flat-top griddle designed for serious backyard cooking. Powered by four independently controlled liquid propane burners, it delivers maximum temperature flexibility across 768 square inches of cooking surface, letting you cook main dishes and sides simultaneously at different heat levels.

The griddle features Omnivore Blackout Griddle Plate Technology, which comes preseasoned from the factory and is engineered for quicker preheat and recovery times, even heat distribution, and higher fuel efficiency. Built-in wind guards integrated into the plate keep heat in and cold air out for consistent results. The reinforced X-Brace hinged hood protects the griddle surface from the elements between uses and adds rigidity for long-term durability.
