The steelhead is grown and harvested in the U.S. free of antibiotics, hormones, and artificial dyes, using a state-of-the-art land-based recirculating aquaculture system in Hudson, NY. The dip combines natural hardwood-smoked steelhead with cream cheese, vegan mayonnaise, and a touch of honey, garlic, and natural hickory liquid smoke for a complex, smoky flavor with mild sweetness. Versatile and ready to enjoy, it pairs perfectly with bagels, crackers, crudités, or as a sandwich spread. Keep refrigerated below 38°F. Once opened, consume within 5 days; may also be frozen for up to 6 months.
