Bridgford Old South Buttermilk Biscuits are pre-baked, frozen biscuits designed for convenient heat and serve preparation. Each case contains 100 individually portioned 2.25 oz biscuits, measuring 3 inches in diameter. The biscuits are fully baked and packed on ovenable, disposable trays for easy handling.

These frozen buttermilk biscuits can be heated from either a thawed or frozen state. For convection ovens, preheat to 325°F and heat for 7-8 minutes if thawed or 10-12 minutes if frozen. For conventional ovens, preheat to 375°F with the same heating times. The biscuits can also be microwaved according to case instructions. To keep warm after heating, place in a warming drawer set at 160°F with 50% moisture. The product should be stored frozen at 0°F and has a shelf life of 365 days.
