The wine displays an intense, deep pomegranate color with an expressive bouquet of cherries, rose flowers, wood, and vanilla. On the palate it delivers exceptional elegance and class, with the great structure and characteristic well-harnessed tannins of Nebbiolo, balanced by perfect acidity and a subtly fruity finish enriched with nuances of spice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel before extended aging in oak barriques for approximately 50 months, developing earthy, leathery, and balsamic complexity over time.
