Jongga Diced Radish Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented side dish made from crisp, bite-sized radish cubes seasoned with red pepper powder, garlic, Korean leek, and savory fermented sauces. Crafted by Jongga, South Korea's best-selling kimchi brand, this kkakdugi-style kimchi features a satisfying crunch and bold, tangy flavor developed through natural fermentation. Each 17.6 oz pouch is sold in a case of 10, making it ideal for households or food service use.
Naturally probiotic and made with select ingredients using delicate smart fermentation, Jongga Diced Radish Kimchi contains no artificial fillers or additives. It pairs well with steamed rice, Korean BBQ, soups, stews, and noodle dishes, and can add depth to stir-fries and sandwiches. It is not vegan due to the inclusion of fermented anchovy sauce and fermented shrimp sauce.
