This 2025 edition represents the oldest wheat whiskey ever released by Heaven Hill, aged 19 years before bottling at 100 proof (50% ABV) and non-chill filtered.

Distilled in August and September of 2005, this expression features a distinctive mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley — the same recipe used for Bernheim Original. It was drawn from 277 hand-selected barrels stored on the fifth and sixth floors of Rickhouse Y at Heaven Hill's Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. For full transparency, every bottle carries a detailed label disclosing the production date, mashbill, warehouse location, and barrel details. The whiskey comes in special collectible packaging.
