The Kirkland Signature Butter Cinnamon Sugar Loaf is an all-butter pound cake from Costco's bakery, sold as a 38-ounce loaf in an aluminum pan inside a Kirkland Signature recycled cardboard box. Cinnamon is blended throughout the entire batter, producing a deep, speckled brown interior with a pronounced cinnamon flavor in every crumb. The cake is coated on all four sides with a cinnamon butter and coarse granulated sugar crust that starts out crisp and softens over time into a textured, icing-like finish.

The loaf has a pound-cake-like density with an exceptionally tender, melt-in-your-mouth crumb. It is not overly sweet, making it well-suited as a breakfast or coffee cake, and pairs well with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh fruit when served as a dessert.
