Elk Cove Vineyards Pinot Blanc is an estate-grown white wine from Oregon's Willamette Valley, crafted from hand-harvested hillside vines at the winery's Five Mountain and Mount Richmond Vineyards. The Willamette Valley's ideal climate — ample warmth for ripening combined with cooler nights — makes it a premier growing region for the delicate Pinot Blanc variety.

Grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in small stainless steel tanks, a technique that preserves the varietal's delicate aromatics while enhancing richness and viscosity. The resulting wine is steely yet supple, offering peach and melon aromas flanked by notes of honeysuckle and wet slate. On the palate, vibrant acidity highlights flavors of lemon butter, thyme, and green tea, with a long, refreshing finish. Sold individually as a 750ml bottle.
