This private barrel selection is hand-picked for its exceptional balance of rich flavor and bold rye character. The mashbill is composed of 51% rye, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley. On the nose, expect caramel, vanilla, and dark cocoa with layered rye spice. The palate is full-bodied with baking spice, sweet corn, brown sugar, and toasted oak.
