Found North Batch 011 is a rare cask-strength Canadian whisky crafted from a complex blend of nine component whiskies, the most components ever used in a Found North release. The mashbill is composed of 91% corn, 8% rye, and 1% malted barley, drawing on six corn whiskies, two rye whiskies, and a new wood cask of Peregrine First Flight.

Aged 18 to 24 years in new American oak and ex-bourbon casks, this whisky is bottled at 64.9% ABV (129.8 proof) without chill filtration, additives, or artificial coloring. Only 7,968 bottles were produced in this batch. The release pays homage to the acclaimed Batch 002 while pushing the blend to new levels of complexity, harmony, and vibrancy in wood, vanillin, and spice.

The nose offers dense aromatics of earthy baking spice, sweet wood phenols, and creamy herbal notes, with impressions of pinewood, vanilla beans, honeycomb, charred tree sap, and lychee tea. On the palate, thick caramel-like texture gives way to cinnamon, nutmeg, and burnt marshmallow phenolics with mint tea undertones. The finish lingers with clove, graham cracker, brandied cherry, and molasses. The producer recommends allowing at least 10 minutes of breathing time, or adding 2ml of water per 50ml pour for optimal balance.
