The Epson EcoTank ET-3958 is a wireless all-in-one color supertank printer featuring print, copy, and scan functionality. This model uses PrecisionCore Heat-Free technology with a permanent printhead engineered to last the life of the printer.

The printer delivers fast print speeds of 18 pages per minute in black and 9 pages per minute in color with zero warmup time. It produces high-quality output at 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution. The 250-sheet paper tray and automatic document feeder handle large jobs efficiently, while automatic duplex printing enables double-sided printing. A 2.4-inch color display provides easy navigation and control.

The EcoTank ink system includes up to 3 years of ink in the box, with 3 bottles of 502 Black (127 mL) and 1 bottle each of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow (70 mL). This included ink yields up to 23,600 black pages and 5,500 color pages, equivalent to approximately 80 traditional ink cartridges. Refilling is designed to be simple and error-free with large ink tanks and uniquely keyed EcoFit bottles. This model features a duty cycle twice as robust as its predecessor, the ET-3850.

Connectivity options include wireless Wi-Fi, Ethernet, the Epson Smart Panel mobile app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, and Mopria Scan. The Costco package includes 2 bonus black ink bottles for members, along with the printer, manual, power cord, and ink bottles.
