The Capitol Groove Festival is an outdoor multi-day music festival held at Bushnell Park in Hartford, Connecticut. This Costco offer includes two single-day General Admission tickets for one day of your choice. Each ticket provides access to multiple stages of live music from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with gates opening at 11:00 AM.

The festival is a family-friendly, cashless event. Children 12 and under are admitted free with a parent or guardian. Food trucks, vendors, and multiple bars serving beer, wine, and cocktails are available on site. An ADA viewing area is provided on a first-come, first-served basis with a general admission ticket.

Permitted items include refillable empty water bottles, folding chairs (in designated areas), blankets, sunscreen, and small clear bags (maximum 12" x 6" x 12"). Outside food, beverages, alcohol, glass containers, coolers, professional cameras, and drones are not permitted. Re-entry is not permitted after 5:00 PM. This ticket purchase is non-refundable.
