Kōloa ʻIolani Palace 6 Year Reserve Rum is a limited edition single-batch aged Hawaiian rum from the Kōloa Rum Company's Hawaii Heritage Collection. This special release celebrates Hawaiian cultural legacy and supports The Friends of ʻIolani Palace, the nonprofit organization that maintains and preserves the historic ʻIolani Palace in Honolulu.

Distilled, blended, and bottled at the Kōloa distillery in Kalaheo on the island of Kauaʻi, this 6-year aged rum is crafted from pure sugarcane and pristine rainwater sourced from Mount Waiʻaleʻale, then twice distilled in a vintage copper pot still. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle.

The nose offers a bouquet of mellow oak, orange peel, and toasted vanilla, while the palate delivers a subtle sweetness that swells into rich, complex flavors with an exceptionally clean finish. Pairs well with beef dishes and chocolate desserts.
