Château Pétrus is one of the world's most prestigious and sought-after wines, produced from an 11.4-hectare estate nestled on a clay-rich plateau in the Pomerol appellation of Bordeaux, France. Owned by Jean-François Moueix and his family, the estate crafts its wine exclusively from Merlot grapes grown on vines averaging over 45 years of age, with harvests hand-picked over two to three days.
