La Boidina Barolo DOCG is a premium Italian red wine produced by Antichi Poderi La Boidina in Piedmont, Italy. Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced exclusively from vineyards in the communes of Barolo and La Morra, this wine is hand-harvested in crates and undergoes classic maceration with post-fermentative maceration for up to 25-30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.

The wine is aged in large oak casks for approximately three years, resulting in an intense garnet red color and a complex bouquet of dried flowers, raspberry jam, and spiced notes including black pepper, licorice, tobacco, and smoky aromas. On the palate, it offers fine fruity sweetness with flavors of dried rose petals, plums, forest herbs, and dried fruit, complemented by elegant spicy notes and hints of dry forest floor and ripe cherries. Alcohol content is 14.5% by volume.
