Signorello Estate Signori Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine from the family-owned Signorello Estate, established in 1977 along the famed Silverado Trail. The 2021 vintage is a refined blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Malbec, sourced from the cooler, eastern-facing portion of the estate's hillside vineyards composed of well-drained volcanic soil.

The wine pours a deep purplish-red with aromatic notes of bright cherry, plum preserves, cassis, crushed potpourri, tea leaves, bergamot, sage, and mocha. On the palate, it delivers dark berry and stone fruit flavors interwoven with ripe tobacco, iron, and leather nuances, finishing with espresso, dark chocolate, and cloves.

Crafted using sustainable practices, the grapes are hand-harvested at 24.5-26 Brix, sorted, and fermented with native yeasts. The wine is aged 18 months in 60% new French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its expressive character. At 14.9% alcohol, it offers medium to full body with ripe, building tannins and a persistent finish suitable for immediate enjoyment or extended cellaring.
