Rottensteiner Kitz Bianco is a white wine blend from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti region in Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. This modern cuvée combines Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Blanc grapes to create a fresh, fruity, and smooth wine. The name "Kitz" refers to the German word for the young of the Capricorn, the heraldic animal of the Rottensteiner estate in Südtirol.

The wine is 13.5% ABV and presents aromatic notes of fresh sage, lemon bush, and assertive peach. It is medium- to full-bodied with refreshing crispness, integrated acidity, and a dense texture. The 2023 vintage received a 93-point rating from James Suckling.

Pairs well with shellfish, pasta, mature and hard cheese, lean fish, and cured meat. Contains sulfites.
