Produttori del Barbaresco Barbaresco Riserva "Ovello" is a prestigious single-vineyard Nebbiolo from the celebrated Barbaresco DOCG appellation in Piedmont, Italy. Made by Produttori del Barbaresco, a renowned cooperative of small-scale growers founded in 1958, this Riserva bottling is produced only in top vintages from the Ovello cru vineyard, one of nine single-vineyard Riserva designations released by the cooperative.

The Ovello vineyard is characterized by calcareous soils rich in clay and a slightly cooler microclimate relative to other Barbaresco crus. These conditions yield wines with a more expressive, fruit-forward character and full body, while still displaying the classic Nebbiolo hallmarks of dried roses, tar, and earthy complexity.
