LALO Blanco Tequila is a premium tequila blanco crafted purely with only three ingredients: deep well water drawn from the heart of Jalisco's mineral-rich Mexican soil, Champagne yeast selected for its harmoniously balanced flavor profile, and fully-mature Highland agave. This is the purest expression of tequila with no additives and no aging process for a clean taste.

The production process begins with hand-harvested agave from the Jalisco Highlands, typically 6-7 years old and selected for their maturity and sweetness. The agave is cooked in traditional brick steam ovens for 20-32 hours and rested for up to 18 hours. A roller mill extracts the sweet juices, which are fermented using proprietary Champagne yeast for 3-4 days. The liquid is distilled twice using a slow distillation process to capture complex aromas and flavors while maintaining the pure flavor of agave.

The flavor profile features a crystal clear liquid with top notes of sweet potato and cinnamon, hints of dulce de leche, cooked agave, and pepper, finishing with gentle citrus and tropical fruit notes. This tequila is incredibly smooth, slightly earthy, with no overpowering tastes.
