Cayeya Blanco Tequila is a premium small-batch tequila crafted by Master Distiller Zandra Gomez in Jalisco, Mexico. Made from 100% Single Estate Blue Weber agave harvested at 6-9 years of maturity, this traditional blanco tequila is produced using time-honored techniques including a masonry brick oven for cooking and roller mill crushing.

The tequila offers a rich agave-forward profile with earthy and herbaceous character. On the nose, vibrant agave mingles with subtle hints of ripe stone fruits like plum and apricot. The palate reveals bold agave flavors balanced with gentle sweetness reminiscent of caramelized agave nectar and vanilla, complemented by bright citrus zest notes of lime and pistachio. The finish is remarkably smooth with lingering agave sweetness and a touch of white pepper heat.

Each bottle is hand-crafted from recycled Mexican Coca-Cola bottles at a family-owned artisanal glass workshop in Jalisco. Every cork, hang tag, and label is made from recycled materials, reflecting the brand's commitment to sustainability. The tequila is fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers using deep well water, resulting in a velvety, full-bodied mouthfeel with 40% ABV.
