The dumplings can be prepared multiple ways. Pan searing is the recommended method: add cooking spray to a non-stick pan on high heat, cook covered for 5 minutes, then sear 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. They can also be steamed for approximately 10 minutes before finishing with a pan sear, air fried at 400°F for 4 minutes after an initial 5-minute steam, or deep fried until golden brown in about 3 minutes.
