Rhone Wolf GSM Sierra Foothills is a Rhône-inspired red wine blend produced in the El Dorado appellation of California's Sierra Foothills, a region recognized as the birthplace of the Rhône Rangers wine movement. The wine is a classic GSM blend composed of 75% Syrah, 15% Grenache, and 10% Mourvèdre, bottled at 14.2% ABV.

The grapes are harvested separately at peak ripeness and fermented with specific yeasts chosen to highlight the character of each varietal. During fermentation, the must is pumped over three times daily for deep color and flavor extraction, then lightly pressed to preserve a fruit-forward profile with refined tannins. The wine is aged in a combination of 50% French oak, 30% American oak, and 20% neutral oak barrels.

In the glass, the wine presents a deep garnet color with aromas of blackberry and ripe plum, layered with the signature pepper and cocoa notes characteristic of Syrah. On the palate it is smooth and juicy with supple tannins and a complex, lingering finish. Rated 89 points by Decanter and awarded a Silver Medal at the Foothill Wine Fest. Best enjoyed now through 2028 alongside grilled and smoked meats, lamb shoulder, sausages, charcuterie boards, or hearty Mediterranean dishes.
