Cascahuin Tahona Blanco Tequila is a premium, traditional-style tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Produced at the Cascahuin distillery, this blanco expression is made using an old-world tahona process in which a massive volcanic stone wheel slowly crushes the roasted agave piñas, extracting the juice while retaining more natural oils and fibers than modern roller-mill methods. The result is a richer mouthfeel and a more complex, earthy character that reflects the full essence of the agave plant.

The extracted agave juice is fermented naturally and double-distilled in copper pot stills, then bottled unaged at 42% ABV (84 proof) to preserve the vibrant, pure agave flavors. On the nose, it offers fresh cooked agave, citrus, mint, and earthy minerals. The palate delivers a balanced combination of sweet roasted agave, tropical fruits, herbal notes, and a touch of black pepper, finishing smooth and long-lasting.
